Structural Pot Bearing for Bridges and Buildings
DOSHIN RUBBER’s produces three types of pot bearing that provides a connection to interact with loading and movements between superstructure and substructure. It permits designed rotational movement.
Fixed type
Fixed type pot bearings are capable to support vertical loading and horizontal loading in any direction. Horizontal movement is restricted while rotational movement of superstructure is accommodated.
Guided type
Guided type pot bearings are capable to support vertical loading. They allow for horizontal movements in a single direction but resist horizontal force in the orthogonal direction. Rotational movement of superstructure is accommodated.
Mobile type
Mobile type pot bearings provide a sliding interface that allows horizontal movement in any direction. Horizontal force is not restricted. Rotational movement of superstructure is accommodated.
